MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE PERSONAL OR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FEILD
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, on behalf of [the employer/client].
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
Conduct research and provide summaries or recommendations as needed.
Manage personal errands, tasks, and other ad-hoc requests.
Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
Must be available to work 40 - 50 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in [relevant software/tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace].
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
