Welcome to the world of jewelry with Lady Diane Designs. We are looking for a new personal assistant.
Personal Assistant
Must have proficient communication, organization, computer, and time management skills. Candidates must have a team player attitude and work well within a small home office environment.
This job entails running errands, setting appointments, placing online orders, doing online research, categorization/organization of products, and other miscellaneous tasks for the home and business. Experience with administration applications such as Word and Excel is required. Social media (TikTok, Instagram, Etsy, Amazon, Ebay) and/or craft and farmers market experience is ideal for our jewelry business.
Assistant would be needed two to three days a week for a total of 20 hours. Days needed (Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday).
It is necessary for you to be good around big dogs as there are several in the household.
Applicants must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
