Greet visitors, employees, and vendors, providing them with excellent, professional customer service and care.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, front desk, other workspaces, kitchen, meeting rooms, etc. are neat, presentable, equipped with all the necessary supplies, and up to company standards.
Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail including deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
Assist in managing office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support office staff with photocopying, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
