We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team and be the welcoming face of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a warm and professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and shared office spaces
Perform general clerical duties including scanning, filing, and data entry
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires
Support with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, upbeat, and customer-service oriented attitude
Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized
Must be able to work in-office, 5 days a week (this is not a remote position)
