We have a Full Time (M-F/ 8:00-4:00) Sales and Customers Service position open for an experienced
self-starter who is enthusiastic and motivated to learn about the industry. This position will
require the candidate to be involved in all aspects of the operation including sales and customer
service of wide format printing materials and equipment. This is an opportunity for someone
who is detail oriented, effective, fast learner, and self motivated to learn and take on a variety of
job tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and walk-in customers.
Maintain strong knowledge of all company products features and pricing
Process online, over the phone and email orders and make shipping labels
Process purchase order from vendor
Follow up order status and quotes
Develop trusting relationships with potential clients
Requirements:
College degree is a must (associate and above)
Bilingual is a plus
Perfect attendance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Gmail and PhotoShop
Quickbooks knowledge is a plus
Pleasant phone manner
Extremely reliable, detailed oriented and personable
Able to take initiative, prioritize and complete several tasks at the same time
