Hot Shoppe Designs is looking for experienced administrative support for our sales department - Dependability, accuracy and a good attitude are important, an interest in action sports is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years of Current In-House Office Experience
Extremely Proficient at Organization
Accuracy in Handling Numbers and Posting Payments
Light Phones
Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls
Send and follow up on quotes to customers
Maintain production schedule for current orders
Arrange shipping of orders with customers using UPS online
Schedule: M-F, Some Flexibility on 35 to 40-Hour Week
Paid Holidays and Retirement Plan
You must live within 30 minutes of Hot Shoppe's offices in Talega, this is not a remote position.
Summary
Reporting to the owner, your core responsibilities will include managing correspondence, sending quotes, organizing files, and maintaining schedules.
