Aerospace manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA is looking for a sales/office assistant to support our team. Duties will include preparing and submitting quotes to customers, following up with suppliers for pricing, creating job folders, coordinating shipments with the warehouse and submitting invoices for payment. The right candidate must have excellent computer skills including experience in Excel, Word, and emails. Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities will include entering information into enterprise software, filing, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc. High school diploma required, but no previous experience is needed. This is a full-time position, M-F from 7:00-3:30. The right candidate will be able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
