We are a small office that manages restaurants. We are looking for someone to join our staff and “hit the ground running”.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment processing.
Reconcile credit card statements.
File/organize payments, invoices, credit card statements etc.
Maintain good communication with our accountants and franchise operators.
Implement/manage health insurance offers to employees.
Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Finish tasks independently & learn quickly
Pay attention to detail, this is critical.
Analyze & apply problem-solving skills.
Perform general office duties such as filing, sorting, data entry.
Operate basic office equipment (copy, print, fax, scan etc).
Requirements:
Have experience with QuickBooks (2+ years)
Have Bookkeeping or accounts payable experience. (2+ years)
Payroll experience is a bonus
Willing to start part time during training & move into a full-time position.
Salary is depending on experience. Must be able to work weekdays (9am-4pm) we are very accommodating; we can work around your schedule. Please send your resume.
