Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Property Manager to oversee two properties within our portfolio, approximately 150,000-175,000 square feet. The role requires a customer service-focused professional who is highly organized, solutions-oriented and committed to maintaining the high standards we provide our clients. The position requires on-site presence at our La Mirada office and travel to Sante Fe Springs as needed.
The salary range for this position is $48-50/per hr. Other compensation includes but is not limited to: travel and mileage reimbursement. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
You will oversee industrial buildings in La Mirada and Sante Fe Springs, handling management, daily operations, maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
Key responsibilities:
Administer building policies and procedures.
Serve as the main contact for tenants, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Conduct quarterly market surveys and manage marketing efforts.
Negotiate new leases, create lease abstracts, prepare leases/renewals documentation and manage tenant move-ins/outs.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on property performance, budgets, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee capital improvements, including bids, awarding contracts and scheduling work.
Travel to Sante Fe Springs regularly to meet with tenants, oversee maintenance, and ensure compliance.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business or related field required.
CA Real Estate Salesperson License is a plus, but not mandatory.
Four or more years’ experience of commercial property management, with a focus on industrial real estate.
Strong technical skills are essential, including proficiency in MS Office and Yardi software.
Industry expertise in managing office, industrial/warehouse properties, including lease negotiations and financial reporting, is also required.
Must have a valid California driver's license and insurance.
The position also requires availability for after-hours emergencies.
Candidates should demonstrate strong judgment, discretion, integrity, time management, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Bilingual in English/Korean would be helpful.
