Executive/Personal Assistant for the maintenance, lease, and/or sale of Luxury Residential Real Estate in Dana Point, CA area – Seeking bilingual Spanish/English. Spanish speaking highly desired, but not required.

Position: Executive/Personal Assistant to provide services in property management, business management, estate management, and the sale, lease, or VRBO of: Luxury Residential Real Estate in Laguna Niguel, Dana Point area. Extensive property management is: 50-70 percent of the daily work product.

Compensation: $22-40 per hour, plus commissions, based upon closed escrow(s) and or leases and/or other criteria which will be described and at the exclusive directive of the company.

Position can also be compensated on a contract basis, or part, or full time employment.

Work emphasis is in: Customer service to Senior Executives, Property management and upkeep/maintenance in the areas of Residential Real Estate sales, leasing, marketing, staging.

Company purpose summary:

Seashore Equities, LLC is a highly successful, closely held, private investment company. Our online presence is very minimal, on purpose, for privacy reasons of the prestigious clientele properties we serve. Part of our work is providing extensive property management, leasing, and occasionally the sale of one or more of the company’s impressive client portfolio of high-end luxury residential real estate located in: Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, and Dana Point. Properties are within a 12 mile radius of our ocean front Monarch Beach corporate office.

Our other very substantial company daily work is in private investments, private equity, stock indices investments, and other liquid investments and debentures.

Details about the position: We seek a kind, caring, sales oriented, “customer service minded” individual who is very patient, and compassionate; one who receives instruction easily and readily and finds personal fulfillment through excellent personal assistant service to one or more executives, and has consistent follow through. Ideal candidate is personable, easy going, patient, flexible, adaptable, kind, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Ideal applicant has had work experience in serving, either as a high end expensive restaurant food server role, and/or worked in and received professional training for serving in: five star luxury resorts, five star hotel front-desk service, five star concierge front desk, banquets, and/or butler services (examples are: Ritz Carlton, Montage, Waldorf Astoria, Luxury Cruise lines, etc.). Or aspire to do this work and demonstrate ability to do so.

Our CEO/Owner is 60 years-old, very positive, very enthusiastic, highly accomplished, could have retired many years ago and “loves to work.” He has been very happily married for 38 years. Seven grown children. Now an empty nester, he and wife have five son and daughter in laws, and ten grand-children. He plans to work into his 90s and beyond if able.

Our President and Controller is super dedicated, naturally optimistic, and consistently successful because he is a financial expert. He and the CEO have worked together for 11 years, and he assists the CEO in all areas of the business.

Our independent Licensed General Contractor and his independent construction company has over 40 years of experience. We have worked closely together for the past seven years.

Our Independent Interior Designer owns her own business, is caring, thoughtful, and very interior design creative. She is multi-talented and ‘wears many hats.’ She enjoys multi-tasking and manages small and large scale remodeling projects for us, our clients and her other clients.

Our Personal/Administrative assistant provides outstanding support in many areas, of personal and Executive Assistant support.

The five of us truly enjoy our work each day, and have great enthusiasm for our assigned duties and opportunities! We are a close team, and genuinely enjoy each other’s company.

We also work closely with highly accomplished independent licensed luxury residential real estate subcontractors (framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, detailed interior accents, cement work, swimming pool construction, roofing etc.), as well as many other important specialty trade professionals. We routinely work with a list of capable handy persons, landscapers, pool cleaners, and gardeners. Additionally we partner with exceptional independent licensed residential real estate professionals – including highly accomplished, prestigious local super agents, who assist us in listing, leasing, and/or selling different parts of the portfolio.

We seek to hire one or more qualified assistants, who are licensed residential Real Estate Agents, or seeking to become licensed as soon as possible, to assistant our caring team.

The position currently requires careful specific assistance in the presentation, showing, and ‘marketing’ of a high end luxury estate in South Laguna Beach. We seek a licensed residential real estate agent (or in the process of licensure) who will assist by being paid a combination of wage and/or some commission for the marketing and sale of this high end luxury estate. The position requires you to work closely with the owner/seller, and one or more independent ‘super agents’ who have one or more active listings with us on the MLS. Such agents are from: Douglas Elliman, Coldwell Banker, Berkshire, and/or other prominent national or local brokers.

We also seek an individual who enjoys service, and daily assistance in property upkeep and maintenance. Someone who enjoys visiting luxury estates and properties, caring for, tending to them. The position requires assistance in the finding, hiring, and the monitoring of qualified companies or individuals who take care of routine items such as, but not limited to: gardening, landscape work, sprinkler operation and repair, window cleaning, indoor housekeeping cleanings; front, side, and backyard hardscape maintenance; sprinkler systems – operation and repair; driveway cleanliness, swimming pools; tennis courts, sport courts, racquetball courts, courtyards; and other indoor and outdoor maintenance for each luxury property. As such, the ideal assistant(s) is bilingual in both English and Spanish so as to easily communicate with our highly valued and highly important Spanish speaking service personnel.

Caring assistance for: Leasing of properties, both short term and long, and routine preparation for ‘the sale’ of properties. Required to meet with executives and/or vendors, on and off site, to create written “to-do” action item lists for the maintenance and upkeep of property. Must keep detailed notes during meetings to assist the company with business models and plans. Qualified applicants must possess excellent organizational skills and follow up skills.

Job Type: Contract, and/or Part time, and/or Full-Time, depending on the candidate and mutually reciprocal good fit/match.

Compensation: This position is currently paid by hourly wage, non-exempt plus a possible commission structure.

Additionally, based on capacity, ability and administrative skills/management skills position may become salaried if applicant has extensive managerial experience, and qualifies, based on long term performance, and in accordance with state and federal labor law.

Partial or full commission paid package in lieu of wages, and/or a combination of commission and wage based on the company’s needs and a mutually agreed upon commission based income could be a possibility. Cost of living, and or other annual increases in pay may be offered annually, based on: Performance, attendance, accountability, reliability and above all else: service, patience, and kindness. We are a ‘merit based’ performance compensation organization.

Starting Compensation: which includes employee benefits is offered based upon, but not limited to: work experience background, education, other knowledge or specialized training, prior employment accomplishments and recognitions, and references.

Daily hours worked are conveniently tracked and recorded utilizing a state of the art, easy to use, digital time clock keeping system; available anywhere typical phone coverage service signal is, or wi-fi signal, to record hours worked at your finger-tips.

Job Growth Potential: If desired, potential job growth may be offered at the company’s sole discretion. For example: if, in time, an assistant seeks managerial or officer level work, the company may provide a growth opportunity at its sole discretion. This possibility would be based on the assistant’s previous historical accomplishments, longevity at our company, references, past employment history accomplishments, and consistent daily contributions. We are a company performance based, company merit based, compensation organization.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance will be offered at the time of hire in accordance with our company employee handbook. This insurance normally becomes available on the 90th day of employment, and in keeping with State and Federal law. The company offers a sophisticated, high quality HMO or PPO health plan through United Health Insurance or similar. Shared expense is based on the plan selection. Our company paid portion will be explained in more detail if interviewed. The company offers a reliable choice of various health plans, some of which may be at the employee’s increased expense based on the employee’s choice of coverages and/or product selection. Highly important note: If health insurance is not needed or wanted, a higher wage(salary) for this position may be negotiated.

Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay, Unpaid Time Off, Bonus Pay:

Seven paid holidays annually.

Vacation pay: one week accrued paid vacation (five days) after the first year of employment. Two weeks of paid vacation (10 days) after seven years of employment. Potential for up to three, even four weeks of unpaid vacation based on: longevity and outstanding work performance (at the company’s discretion).

Reasonable and routine short notice “Time off without pay” is a possibility with enough proper reasonable notice – at the company’s discretion.

We are also a ‘performance based’ bonus compensating company with potential bonuses throughout the year based on historical accomplishments and/or readily measurable contributions semi-annually and annually - at the company’s discretion.

Work Schedule: M-F, Eight hour shift with thirty minute to one hour lunch break, based on the company and its executives work schedule, particularly the CEO’s, work schedule. Routine start time, with some rare exceptions is 9:30 or 10am AM - 5:15 or 5:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch break. If preferred, a one hour lunch break is optional, finish time would then be thirty minutes later. An earlier start time, finish time is also a possibility based on a mutually agreeable defined work schedule.

All properties are within 12 miles of our corporate office. A company vehicle will be provided for certain specific work related duties which will be explained. The company vehicle is kept at our corporate office.

You must have your own transportation to and from the company office.
