Nationwide Hard Money (Private Money) Lender is seeking 3 professional, aggressive and intentional marketers to make calls to industry professionals (Realtors, Brokers, Loan Officers, CPA's, Attorneys, Talent Agents, Sports Agents and High Networth Individuals) to setup zoom meetings, in person meetings or telephone meetings with potential real investors seeking "Business Purpose" real estate loans for the following lending programs.
Our Loan Programs:
-Hard or Private Money Loans (Bridge Loans, Purchases, Refinances, Foreclosure and BK Bailout Loans)
-Fix and Flip Loans (ARV - After Repair Value Loans)
-Fix and Hold Loans (Short Term Rental Loans - Airbnb, VRBO, Home Key)
-Investment Property Loans (Long Term Rental Loans - DSCR, Units, Apartments)
-Ground Up Construction Loans (New Development, Custom Homes, Student & Senior Housing)

Compensation: Hourly rate, performance bonuses and commissions are included as part of this package.

Position Title: Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate must have:
-Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role
-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Proficient in Zoom, Google Meetings, MS Word, Excel, CRM, social media (FB, X, IG and LinkedIn)
-Persistent and results-oriented
-Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Responsibilities include:
-Using scripts to provide information about our loan programs, terms and fees
-Asking pertinent questions to understand potential borrowers needs and requirements
-Keeping records of calls and sales and recording useful information
-Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
