Faith Based Nonprofit 501C3 Legal Clinic looking for 1 Bilingual EXPERIENCED Loss Mitigation Processor as well as a Mortgage Jr. Processors Assistant (willing to Train). You must work well under pressure and be a self-starter, friendly, diligent and motivated to help our Nonprofit Clinic's clientele with ZERO COST Loan Modification services to follow up on missing items, stack file, enter data process to Lender. Should be fully familiar with Loan Modification process.
Must be familiar with Trustee sale postponement procedure and well versed with SB900/AB818 (HBOR) consumer protection rules and regulations. Fast paced environment with tight deadlines. You can't be thin skinned. Tremendous growth potential. For Mortgage Jr. Processor need a Min of 3 Years experience.
