Having spent a decade working under a different broker, one of the best things about working here is F-R-E-E-D-O-M. Originating a mortgage or real estate deal is hard enough, no need for anyone to breathe down your neck. Zero sales quotas, work as hard as you want, it doesn't matter. Looking for experienced mortgage and/or realtor professionals who work from home and ALREADY HAVE MULTIPLE YEARS in the business (no training will be provided, you either know what you're doing, or, I'm sorry, I'm not doing the training thing again). Seeking calm, cool, and mellow pros who know what they're doing, and appreciate a broker who leaves you alone while always being available for support (processing available).
