We are a financial firm in Southern California. We are looking to increase correspondent business in California. We are looking for a knowledgeable and professional Sales Manager to manage area, building a sales team and increasing sales.
Compensation: (base, commissions, overrides, bonuses and expenses), First year earnings $160k+, second year $200k + This is a B2B position, connecting with senior management and owners of valid mortgage companies.
The Regional Sales Director, Senior Management position must have good working knowledge of Non Conforming products, seconds and HELOC’s. This is a field position.
This is a Business to Business executive sales opportunity dealing with Corporate level Mortgage professionals. This opportunity will lead to a senior executive position within 120 days. (executive salary, commissions, overrides, bonuses and expenses), may be negotiated with experience.
We offer excellent NC products, products offered do not require MI. True Stated Income and other programs are competitively priced and constantly and aggressively will beat the market price to obtain new business. Manager should be ready to drive business and successfully obtain a good working base of Mortgage companies with market demand of needed products offered.
