Qualifications:
Manager team (two) for 16-unit apartment building.
Minimum two years experience.
Must be familiar with Landlord-Tenant laws.
One person must be onsite most of the time and/or be available by phone.
Must have automobile and valid California Driver’s license.
Must have/obtain computer, printer and internet connection.
Must have own tools.
No Pets
Duties:
Show vacant apartments, answer advertising calls, accept applications,
collect rents, deliver notices.
Maintain records, files and keys.
Light maintenance, minor painting and repairs, including apartment
make-ready (cleaning, etc.).
Supervise outside contractors, pool service personnel, gardeners, etc.
