This is for someone who has the ability to work a commission-only job, but for a company who will be providing the leads, dialer, office, etc, as well as a seasoned real estate industry veteran to help you close deals. The likely candidate is a young person who does not have a lot of bills and can come to an office in Irvine. This cannot be for someone who can just dip their toe in the water and only work 10 or 15 hours a week, we need a full time person.
