Job Description:
As a Customer Service Rep (Collections), you will be responsible for contacting individuals with outstanding debts and verifying location information. You will work closely with our experienced team to learn effective debt collection techniques, develop negotiation skills, and navigate compliance regulations.
If you have any Screener/Opener or Closer experience in Auto Warranty, Debt Consolidation, Student Loans, Canvassing, and Telemarketing, then we need you.

Key Responsibilities:
Contacting debtors via phone, email, and mail to discuss payment options and negotiate payment arrangements.
Documenting all communication and payment agreements accurately in our system.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions from debtors.
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous experience in customer service or collections is a plus but not required.
