Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Quote/Invoice/payments
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Reply text messages, emails, social media platforms such as Instagram, facebook etc.
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual Preferred (English/Chinese)
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. copy machine, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
