Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading the warehouse team to maintain efficient processes and ensure accuracy in all aspects of order fulfillment and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee order management, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time
Manage inventory control, including receiving, storage, and cycle counts
Track and process returns, ensuring proper documentation and restocking procedures
Maintain security of inventory to prevent loss or theft
Supervise and participate in pulling and packing orders for shipment
Develop and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
Proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clean background check required
