We are excited to announce the opening of our first retail location in just 3 weeks! As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and contribute to the success of our store. There is potential for advancement within the company as we expand and establish a permanent flagship store.
Position Summary:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of Caitlynminimalist, interacting with customers, helping them find the perfect pieces, and ensuring they have an excellent in-store experience. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling transactions, and promoting our mission of accessible, beautiful jewelry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and building meaningful relationships
-Assist customers in selecting jewelry, offering personalized recommendations based on their style preferences
-Maintain a clean and organized store environment
-Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
-Stay knowledgeable about our jewelry collection, promotions, and company story
-Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management
-Support opening and closing store procedures
-Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Qualifications:
-Previous retail experience preferred, especially in the jewelry or fashion industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
-Interest in fashion and jewelry is a plus
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
