We are opening a brand-new electric bicycle shop in Orange, Los Angeles, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team.
Location: Orange, Los Angeles
Position: Full-Time Store Associate
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service
Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair electric bikes
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Create and manage content for our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Develop and execute strategies to grow our online presence and drive in-store traffic
Train and supervise staff as the team grows
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a retail or bike shop
Strong hands-on skills in bicycle assembly and repair (especially e-bikes)
Familiarity with electric bike components and systems
Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus if you have:
Experience growing a business from the ground up
Video editing or content creation background
Bilingual skills
