We are currently seeking skilled Machine Operators and Production Operators to join our team at a leading dietary supplement manufacturer in Anaheim, CA.

Job Overview
As a Machine/Production Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting the gummy production line, including the kettle, depositor, and cooling tunnel. You will be expected to adhere to GMP standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and efficient operations, meeting production deadlines.
Shifts Available
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ($19.75/hour)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($20.50/hour)
Overtime and weekend work may be required for all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Measure and weigh raw materials as per the Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR).
Operate gummy manufacturing equipment, including adding and mixing raw materials, managing process flow, and conducting in-process measurements.
Monitor the cooking process, focusing on pH levels and brix measurements.
Inspect and spread the final product onto drying trays, ensuring product quality.
Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Operate and maintain tray washing machinery.
Perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, and yield percentages.
Maintain accurate documentation including batch records, labels, logbooks, and raw material records.
Follow safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures, humidity, noise, and strong odors.
Capable of wearing PPE such as masks, hairnets, earplugs, gloves, goggles, and non-slip footwear.
Previous experience working in a team-based environment and verifying processes is highly desirable.
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and calculate percentages.
Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check, and participate in E-Verify.
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 90% of the shift) and lift/push/pull up to 50lbs consistently.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent, or three to six months of relevant experience/training.
