The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Technology Success Partners' IT systems and infrastructure. You will execute a wide variety of professional services projects including Networking and Cybersecurity. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Windows environments, Cloud Services and IP networking. Strong documentation, compliance and security habits are absolute requirements.

Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks

Design, Secure and support our network systems and infrastructure
Configure, Secure and operate routers and switches
Configure and maintain cloud based services
Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area desirable
Current Valid Drivers License - clean driving record
Industry Certifications
3 - 10 years' of experience with network administration in a Windows environment - Linux a plus
Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
Knowledge of Cyber Security fundamentals
