Willingness to delve into some safe work, with the opportunity to learn on the job.
If you've got welding or low-voltage experience, that's a bonus!
A knack for detail, top-notch troubleshooting skills, a spotless driving record, and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service skills are crucial - we're talking about great communication, politeness, and a customer-first attitude.
Location and Work Environment:
Our base is in Anaheim, but we serve the entire Southern California region.
Hands-on work is a given, including cutting, grinding, filing, and drilling.
Comfort with heights? You'll need to be adept at working on ladders.
Be prepared to be on-call and/or overtime when needed to ensure we're always there for our commercial customers.
Punctuality and consistent attendance are non-negotiable.
Your Day-to-Day:
From diagnosing lock issues to installing commercial hardware like panic bars and door closers, your expertise will keep our clients safe and secure.
You'll be creating and managing master key systems, with the chance to expand your skills in areas like Mul-T-Lock.
Keeping an open line of communication with our team and clients is key to delivering outstanding service.
Staying organized and keeping your service vehicle in top shape will be part of your routine.
Flexibility for emergency after-hours service is essential.
Requirements:
Solid 2 years of experience in the field, no exceptions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A focus on meeting deadlines and paying attention to details.
A valid California driver's license with a clean record is a must.
