Scheduling Coordinator and Office Admin

An Event Staffing & Security Management firm is looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator and Office Admin to our team. The position will be responsible for supporting the Scheduling and Office Payroll departments.

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling employee for company jobsites.

- Responding to phone calls / text messages.

- Communicating jobsite details to employees.

- Promotes and maintains a positive image of the company.

-Assisting payroll department with various tasks such as timecard calculations, scanning, filing, sorting, etc.

- Aid in other duties within the office that may include but not limited to: laundry, uniform distribution, and packing of company equipment.

Experience Required:

- 2+ years of experience in a Admin/Office role.

- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Adobe Editor, etc.

- Basic Technical Skills: MS Office, Social Networking, Online Job Boards

- Must keep confidentiality with sensitive information

- Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent typing ability

- Can multitask and function while under strict deadlines

- Has a sense of urgency and is pro-active

- Pro-active work ethic and communicative

- Ability to maintain focus working under pressure and in fast-paced environments

- Maintains a positive attitude

- Well organized and able to prioritize effectively

-Strong networking and social skills

-Comfortable working in a self-directed environment

This is a full time position.
