Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises.
Observe and report suspicious activities or safety hazards to supervisors or law enforcement.
Respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents with a calm and professional demeanor.
Enforce site-specific policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
Maintain detailed daily activity and incident reports.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid California Guard Card.
Must have any additional permits required for the position (e.g., exposed firearm permit, baton permit, etc.).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Prior experience in security is preferred but not required.
