Job Description:
We are an established security services company looking for a motivated and well-connected security professional. This unique opportunity is for an individual who can secure a contract for a security detail requiring a minimum of three (3) guard positions.
This is not a traditional employment ad. We are seeking a partner who has a client ready for service. In return, we offer a tremendous financial incentive and the full backing of our professional security firm.
How This Unique Opportunity Works:
1. You Secure the Contract: You source a client who needs an ongoing or event-based security team requiring at least three (3) security guards.
2. We Support the Operation: Our company will handle all the logistics, including licensing, insurance, scheduling, and payroll for the entire team.
3. You Get a Major Payday: For the contract you bring in, you will personally be assigned to one of the three guard positions on that team. For your position on this specific contract, you will be paid 100% of the client's rate for that guard post. This is essentially 100% commission on your post's value.
4. We Fill the Other Positions: Our company will provide the other two (or more) qualified guards needed to fulfill the contract, for which we will cover their standard pay.
Your Responsibilities:
Source and secure a signed client contract for security services requiring a minimum of three (3) guard positions.
Potentially serve as the on-site lead for the team (depending on the contract terms).
Maintain a professional demeanor and represent our company standards while on duty.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Proven experience in the security industry.
Active security guard license (or ability to obtain one).
Existing network or client leads capable of generating a multi-guard contract.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and reliable transportation.
