Company Overview: We are a fast-growing importing and manufacturing company located in Huntington Beach, CA. Our primary focus is on promotional items, including custom apparel, headwear, and bags, which we sell to sports teams and sporting events across the United States. Our product range includes T-shirts, polos, baseball hats, sports jerseys, jackets, novelties, tech gadgets, drinkware, and other branded promotional items. As we expand into new markets, we are looking to significantly grow our team.
Title: Entry-Level Account Executive
Purpose of Position: Generate revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads through cold calling, emailing, direct mailing, personal visits, and other sales/marketing efforts.
Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by email, telephone, and occasionally personal visits.
Provide quotes and ship samples to customers.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers through customer service support and liaison with the internal production manager.
Obtain and process customer orders.
Review and process orders with the production manager for accuracy and arrange sampling/production.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Perform minimal office and warehouse duties as needed.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $20/hour
Commission: 3-5%
Quarterly Bonus
Qualifications:
College degree preferred.
Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong prospecting and negotiation skills required.
Motivation for sales and dedication to work is a must.
Knowledge of apparel and promotional products preferred.
1-2 years of B2B sales experience preferred but not required.
Experience in the promotional products/importing/manufacturing industry preferred.
Eligibility to work in the US required.
