Job description
· Solely responsible for all recruiting, hiring and training of ISO/Agents.
· “Hands on” management/supervision of all Sales Agents.
· Assisting VP. Operations main focus on sales
· Developing/Implementing a sales force who shall support all Processors, Risk Management personnel and/or Underwriters, so as to efficiently process the abundance of merchant account applications processed by Global Processing Systems Inc
· Delegate responsibilities to the appropriate departments, accordingly, to most meet revenue and/or profit forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) plus years bank card experience. Knowledge of First Data/Fiserv - Omaha – Tsys - Nashville Platforms
$75K-150K
§ Five (5) plus years experience in recruting Iso's and Sales Agents (Knowledge of FDR – Omaha – Chase Paymentech & Nashville Platforms First data a plus)
§ Previous experience as a "hands on" supervision/management
§ Sales experience dealing with both small and high volume merchants.
§ Articulate, with strong organizational skills (bi-lingual a plus)
§ minimum of five (5) yrs. experience in strategizing compensation plans, lead generation as well as the development, operation, and management of an inside/outside sales force.
