Job Summary:
The Boat Trailer Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of the boat trailer market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications:
