At Masterplan Marketing, we partner with leading non-profit organizations to increase their visibility and expand their impact through meaningful, face-to-face conversations. Our team represents these organizations at community events, retail spaces, and planned activations—bringing awareness, inspiring action, and helping raise crucial funds for important causes.

What You’ll Do
-Represent well-known non-profit partners at various in-person events throughout the Orange County area
-Engage with the public, share each organization’s mission, and inspire supporters to get involved
-Build genuine, trust-based connections with donors and community members
-Maintain professionalism, integrity, and strong communication at every event
-Work closely with our team leads to learn campaign strategies and outreach techniques
-Bring positive energy to daily team meetings, trainings, and collaborative sessions
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience in marketing or fundraising—we provide all training.
We look for people who are:
-Great conversationalists with strong interpersonal skills
-Motivated, reliable, and excited about personal and professional growth
-Able to thrive in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
-Team-oriented with a positive attitude
-Passionate about supporting meaningful causes
-Comfortable working full-time hours (Monday–Friday schedule, occasional weekend events)
