EMPI Inc. has proudly served the air-cooled VW and Porsche community for nearly 70 years, and we are looking for a passionate, skilled individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. If you have a strong background in aftermarket auto parts and accessories sales and a genuine enthusiasm for classic air-cooled VW and Porsche vehicles, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, including VW and Porsche specialty shops globally.
Introduce and effectively promote new EMPI products to clients, driving sales and product awareness.
Represent EMPI at industry events and trade shows, engaging with customers to strengthen relationships and expand the business.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product developments, providing valuable insights to the EMPI pricing, marketing, and product teams to help shape future strategies.
Position Requirements:
Mandatory Excel Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage client data, track sales, and generate reports.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the classic VW and Porsche aftermarket industry.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a solution-oriented approach.
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and driven to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual skills are a plus! Fluency in any additional language, such as Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Danish, would be beneficial.
