Outside Sales Representative
Catalina Products International is seeking a full-time outside sales representatives:
The successful candidate will be hardworking, possess a positive attitude, and have the willingness to learn.
Duties will include servicing and growing existing customers, taking orders, following up on quotes, dropping off material, expanding the customer base and servicing our existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
Maximize sales potential with current customer base
Aggressively prospect to build new business relationships
Problem solve, provide ongoing support, and explore opportunities with new and existing clients
Consistent face-to-face interaction with hardwood floor contractors, builders, and architects
Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospects
Requirements:
Flooring experience preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of motivation, professionalism, and organization
Willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
Base salary plus commission
