General Contracting Company seeks new Business Development/Project Manager.
This individual will develop new clients/business in the West Coast Region - California, Oregon, Washington - by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Ideal candidates will plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with G.E. Construction Contractors Inc.
Experience in multi-family home properties a MUST.
JOB DUTIES:
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings with client decision makers
Plan approaches and pitches.
Work with team to develop proposals that meet the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Support the expansion of existing business
Management and Research
Submit progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5 years of construction industry background
Strong leadership background and ability
Demonstrated ability to deliver and grow businesses.
Demonstrated leadership & client management skills.
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Job Type: Full-time
Commission salary to START, then wages + commission after 90 days DOE
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
