JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Sales Representative interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints. They ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations by demonstrating exemplary service and professionalism in every interaction. The Customer Sales Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Generate bids based on customer inquiries.
Calculate and process orders accurately.
Schedule orders and ensure timely customer follow-up.
Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
Utilize company-provided resources to identify new customers and job opportunities.
Complete additional duties or tasks as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a customer sales representative or in a similar role is preferred.
Experience in billing, payment collections, and other related experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
