Position Summary: As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in building our customer base across Los Angeles and nearby communities. This is a commission-only role offering the potential for uncapped earnings, with average monthly pay between $5,625 - $17,700, depending on performance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door presentations to educate potential customers about our services, including window, gutter, and solar panel cleaning.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service.

Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer details promptly.

Attend weekly meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques and deepen product knowledge.

Achieve or exceed weekly sales targets and report progress.

Qualifications:

Required: Reliable transportation and a smartphone for customer tracking and communication.

Strong communication skills with a positive, outgoing attitude.

Self-motivated and able to work independently, adapting to customer needs and objections.

Ability to travel up to 2 hours within the Los Angeles area as needed.

Preferred Experience:

Prior door-to-door sales experience in pest control, solar, home security, or home services.

Experience in direct sales, lead generation, or sales management is a plus.
