Position Overview:
As our Part-Time Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to reach and assist more patients. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up on leads generated from our digital marketing efforts, engaging with prospective patients over the phone, providing them with information about our services, and encouraging them to schedule consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Follow up on leads via phone calls to introduce potential patients to PULSE EECP Therapy services.
-Schedule appointments for consultations while providing exceptional customer service.
-Maintain detailed records of calls made, responses received, and appointments scheduled.
-Work closely with our marketing team to understand the effectiveness of different campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Participate in training sessions to stay updated on EECP therapy and our programs.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inform prospective patients.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-A positive, empathetic attitude and a passion for helping others.
-Ability to work on-site at our facility in Buena Park, CA.
