Experienced Closer - Timeshare Exit Sales (High Commissions, 1099)

Job Description
Seeking an experienced Closer to handle live transfers and close deals in timeshare exit sales. Leverage 10 guaranteed live transfers daily from our 26 appointment setters. Use downtime for cold calling via automated dialer.
Responsibilities:
- Close deals from live transfers and cold calls.
- Manage sales process end-to-end.
- Utilize United Consumer Financial Services (familiarity a plus).
- Achieve high commissions on deals ranging $2,950-$13,000, with outliers.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales closing experience, preferably in timeshare or high-ticket sales.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time.
Pay: 100% commission; top earners make $100k-$200k/year (≈$5k bi-weekly). However, there is a minimum wage draw if commissions are not met
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly.
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
