Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Closer Agent to join our dynamic sales team. As a Closer, you’ll handle all inbound leads and turn warm prospects into customers. Your primary responsibility is to close deals on extended auto warranties over the phone with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
inbound calls only—no cold calling!
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate customers on coverage options.
Handle objections effectively and close sales.
Maintain high conversion rates and meet/exceed daily sales goals.
Accurately record customer interactions and details in CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in phone sales or warranty/sales (closer experience preferred).
Strong closing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Energetic, persuasive, and results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
