Job Description:
Are you a motivated Sales Rep driven towards financial growth? At OnGuard Tax, we specialize in helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate current tax laws to solve, reduce, or eliminate tax obligation issues. Our dedicated CPAs and EAs are committed to getting the work done. We stand out by providing excellent customer service and a strong drive towards sales and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include generating sales through cold calling, following leads, or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
You will be setting appointments and transferring calls, making 100-200 calls a day. There is a bonus for every close resulting from your transfer, with an average of 7-20 closes per month.
We offer a $3,000/mo starting base, with the average rep making $5,000 to $8,000 a month.
You need to be:
Disciplined
Sales Background
Motivated to close deals
Excellent Customer Service skills
Patient and cool-tempered to handle any complaints
