Harbor Building Maintenance is looking for a seasoned Inside Sales Specialist to join our exceptional team. In this position, you will be a key part of our sales team by finding new business opportunities and starting the sales process with new potential customers. Your focus will be generating new leads and appointments for the outside sales team via phone calls and emails.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will work closely with the Outside sales team scheduling appointments. Your main role will be researching and identifying new potential clients and communicating with potential clients on the benefits of our services.

Inside Sales Specialist Duties
- Identify and research potential clients
- Make 75-100 calls to the potential clients you have identified
- Update and Manage CRM by entering in new leads, setting call backs and keeping good notes
from calls and emails
- Hit monthly appointment goals and sales goals
- Submit a monthly report of all appointments and sales
Key Requirements
- Sales Experience is required (1-3 years minimum)
- Must be a strong communicator and willing to make the calls
- Must be willing to learn our CRM system
- This job is in person (Not a work from home position)
- Be willing to work independently in a team environment
Compensation
- Base Salary is $45,000 per year ($60,000 to $75,000 OTE)
- Monthly Commissions and Bonuses
