We're a direct lender and broker offering a wide array of programs that help provide homeownership to almost every borrower. Responsibilities:
- engage with prospective homebuyers and assist them in the mortgage process
- Evaluate and analyze financial information to determine the feasibility of loan applications and recommend suitable mortgage products
- Collaborate with real estate agents, builders and other partners to generate leads and foster strong business relationships
- Educate clients on various mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to help them make informed decisions
- Prepare and submit accurate loan documents ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Stay up to date on market trends , industry regulations, and changes in mortgage products to better serve clients
No experience is required and we can train you and help you get licensed within 60 days.
