Looking for a person with door knocking and lead setting experience to run existing crew as well as help grow the team.
Must have strong leadership skills
Roles and responsibilities to include
Morning meetings and role playing
helping team with practicing over coming objections
teaching team what to identify on home when speaking to customer
managing team production rates.
Pay to include hourly - $20-$25/ hr based on skills and experience plus bonuses off individual and team performance.
