Summary
Manages a pre-determined SALES territory. This sales result-oriented position prioritizes maximum sales for
the Company: represents the Company and ensures customer satisfaction, while contributing to the growth of the
business by selling & delivering fresh floral products to flower shops and handles orders for their clientele in Company vehicle; also expected to maintain freshness and quality standards as well as customer service standards of Company within their truck. Company vehicle is expected to be maintained daily while ensuring customer satisfaction on their sales route customers.
Requirements:
Must be available to work Saturdays if needed (floral holidays)
Valid Class driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to work drive a box truck, can work in walk-in refrigerator, sales and customer service oriented a must
Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, pick up flower buckets, and walk for the duration of your shift (less applicable break periods).
Ability to load and unload product onto their truck; not limited to carrying product, offloading buckets, processing floral, etc.
Willingness and ability to work on a 16-foot refrigerated box truck.
Adhere to all OCWF policies and customs.
All else will be trained for in store by working closely with leads and team members.
Basic Flower knowledge (A PLUS) will train otherwise

Day shift (Business Hours 6:00am-2/230pm)
Monday to Friday (Must be Available to work Saturdays if needed)
