We are hiring motivated, competitive individuals to join our solar sales team in Southern California. No experience required – we provide full training. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential and opportunities for rapid advancement.

Responsibilities:
Engage with homeowners in person and explain the benefits of solar
Set appointments and follow up with potential customers
Close deals using our proven sales process
Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn and improve
Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Compensation:
100% commission-based with potential earnings of $100K–$400K+ per year
Top reps earn $20K+ per month
