Responsibilities
Do:
-Meet sales metrics with the help of our best-in-the-industry training
-Set appointments for our closers until you become one
-Attend twice-weekly meetings at our office in Irvine for skills training and team building
-Manage areas of hundreds/thousands of homes and have daily face-to-face conversations with decision makers about their electricity needs
-Be apart of a diverse, supportive team of salespeople
-Be surrounded by an inspiring work environment and culture with training and support from peers and leaders
-Have the drive to learn, implement, and work the hours and bring a positive mindset to obstacles
-Grow as a person and a salesperson
