Job Type: Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our roofing products and services.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate quotes and proposals for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads to secure repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
