JOB DESCRIPTION:
Earn $120,000+ per year selling leading-edge roofing and solar systems!
OVERVIEW:
You will be responsible for driving to one to two new in-home sales appointments per day. During these appointments, you will be providing homeowners an estimate to (1) replace their roof, (2) add a new solar energy system, and/or (3) add other energy efficient home upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of in-home sales experience (home improvement)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of learning estimating software and digital lead management tools provided by the company
WHAT TO BE PREPARED FOR:
- This is a commission only position (this position pays a high-rate of commission under a proven model other reps are thriving!)
- You must be prepared for a 60 day ramp up period (training will be for one weeks, then the typical sales cycle will take 30-60 days)
- There is quite a bit of driving as our estimators take appointments all through OC and LA
- Position pays W2 (not 1099)
