Are you passionate about helping people regain control of their financial future? We’re looking for dedicated Sales Associates to join our team at 007 Credit Agent.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their credit situation.
Provide expert advice and guidance on credit repair and establishing a strong credit profile.
Maintain Customer Service and Client Relationship
Outbound/ Inbound Calls
(No Cold Calling)
Direct Mail
Live Transfers
Internet Leads
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with clients.
Knowledge of consumer laws and regulations (training provided).
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
