We need Team Lead to run a new affiliate office to train and mange a team of 6+ student loan agents to start.

In the beginning it's crunch time, its hardcore monitoring your agents, tracking leads, determining closing percentages, managing talk time, outbounds etc. This is what a Team Manger does and what is expected to do.
We run a fully compliant office and do not need the sleezy sales agents that give the industry a bad name. If you want more in your life and need to earn the money you deserve, we want to talk to you.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years within the industry
-A+ CRM masterful skills
-A+ Computer Literate Skill
-Payroll experience is a HUGE plus
-Closed 50+ deals in a month personally
-Management experience
-Know how to keep a floor motivated
-Ability to meet realistic goals with no excuses
-Ability to commit to a schedule with ABSOLUTELY ZERO EXCUSES (car broke down, grandma is sick, girlfriend in the hospital, the list continues) NO EXCUSES FOR TARDINESS AND ABSENCE
